When the hospital says it's time to find a skilled nursing placement, families usually have 24 to 72 hours to decide. That's not enough time to research on your own. That's where I come in.
What Is Skilled Nursing?
Skilled nursing facilities provide around-the-clock medical care — physical therapy, wound care, IV treatments, and recovery after a hospital stay. Most families don't start looking until there's a crisis: a fall, a hospital discharge, or a doctor saying your loved one can't go home.
How I Help Your Family
I step in and do the work so you don't have to:
• I find facilities with open beds that match your loved one's care needs
• I check Medicare and Medicaid acceptance, staffing ratios, and inspection records
• I help you ask the right questions before you sign anything
• I'll come with you on tours if you want the company
There's no bill that comes to you. The facility pays my fee when your loved one moves in.
Veteran? There May Be Benefits You Haven't Claimed.
If your loved one served in the military, they may qualify for VA benefits — including Aid & Attendance — that help cover skilled nursing costs. I help veteran families navigate this process. It is one of the most important things I do.
